Cannon Falls High School’s 2026 board scholars were just recently announced

On March 4th, 2026, 2026 seniors in Cannon Falls received an email. This email was huge news for a select few. Rewarded for their academic hard work, thirteen seniors were honored as board scholars–an award only given to those who managed a 3.95 GPA or above throughout their entire high school years.

There were many seniors this year who managed to stay on top of their classes. The board scholars this year are: Cami Anderson, Graham Bray, Cara Erickson, Charles Fick, Falon Hepola, Grady Meyers, Micah Nelson, Ally Pagel, Calissa Rickert, Abby Roepke, Josie Sjoquist, and Noelle Swenson. These seniors are recognized for their hard work; they’ll be featured in multiple places and will wear a gold cord during graduation.

On April 23rd, at 1 pm, the board scholars took a group photo together in the atrium. John Fogarty took the photo, and it will be featured both on the Lantern and on the Beacon. These seniors put in a lot of effort over the years, and their hard work will definitely pay off as they leave school and enter their own future paths.
