Charles Fick, Editor in Chief
Okay, second verse, one more year, here we go
Fortnite’s the game, and Charles the goat
But now we’re on top of more than just the lobby
We’re perfecting our bars, it’s a lyrical hobby
Speaking of lyrics, mine are strastospheric,
But I’m far from etheric, let’s not be satiric
How long have I been spitting? This is my second year
Double that thrice, get sixteen, the seasons I’ve been here
So yeah, I was a Lantern staff as long as you remember
And I’ll still be here, after this year, for at least another September
Duh, I’m too serious, and not enough mysterious
Everything I am is trying to not be imperious
Oh, and the beat’s picking up
Crowd’s getting sweaty
Only a junior,
But Charles going heavy,
One more step up the gold escalator,
Glasses deflecting mischievous haters,
And I KNOW you’re hating on my poor little flow,
But trust me, I get it, my beat’s kind of slow
Anyway, my time here is coming to an end
Only one more year and one more rap to send
Soon, for the last time, I’ll walk out the door,
But now my turn is done, so it’s you on the floor
