Shu-erly worth the heat
There is a large consumer base for spicy products, from Takis to Cheetos, and suckers have since joined the family of food products.
The world’s hottest pepper, the Carolina Reaper, rates about 2.2 million scoville units. The Flamethrower Candy company has made a lollipop from the concentrate of this pepper. The sucker goes by the name of “The Toe Of Satan” and measures at about 9 million scoville units. Eating this flame of a candy is a formidable challenge for only the most valorant of people to dare attempt. The Toe Of Satan has had even the most pain tolerant people on the edge of their seats with the intense heat from this fiery blaze since 2018. Even the creator was on the verge of taking out his own lollipop.
Instead of the delayed burn from most hot peppers, this demonic delight sizzles as soon as it hits the tongue. The challenge associated with it is pretty straightforward. One must keep the spicy lollipop in their mouth for 5 minutes. Spitting out saliva, taking the sucker out of one’s mouth or drinking anything in those 5 minutes is considered an instant fail. If someone manage to keep this flame of a sucker in their mouth for a full 5 minutes, they should grab a glass of milk, a bowl of ice cream and a few good movies because it is going to be a long night as their mouth will likely burn for hours.
The Flamethrower Candy Company has made this sucker from pure Carolina Reaper concentrate and sent it to many candy stores around the world, such as Minnesota’s largest candy store. It is similar to another candy they made called the Lil’ Nitro gummy bear, which is also made with pure Carolina Reaper concentrate.
In my opinion, this sucker is worth a try. You‘ll never know what you like if you never try it, so don’t be afraid to try new things because you might just like some of them. The best part is when you take on this challenge even though you know this sucker is going to burn. The only bad part is when you fail the challenge and have to try again. I recommend it if you like spicy candies and a challenge.
