CO2 Issue

-The Democratic Congress Candidates want to combat the energy sector to reduce the harmful effects of methane and carbon pollution.

-They wish to do this by using a technology-neutral approach.

-The candidates wish to apply a carbon adjustment fee at the border.

-They want to grow America’s natural carbon sinks by conserving 30% of our lands and waters by 2030.

Special election for Andy Weeks on February 9th

-Minnesota Secretary of State, Steve Simon, expressed that the law states if a major party nominee dies within 79 days of the election a special election is to be held on the second Tuesday in February.

-Angie Craig recently won her debate on not holding off the election. The election is now being held on the original date of November 3rd with the other elections.
