The Cannon Falls Student Council is looking to achieve the impossible, the improbable, the unattainable. Led by the all around classy senior, President Ryan Foster, the council is looking to follow up the smashing success of Holiday Week with another festive occasion: Winter Week. This will be the first time in the history… let me repeat that… THE HISTORY of the CF Student Council in which there will be two weeks for dress up days for the months of December and January. Winter Week will run from January 22nd-24th and will end with the sure to be dazzling Winter Formal on Saturday the 25th from 9 pm – midnight. The theme for this year’s formal will be Northern Lights. (ie… crazy lights everywhere!). The dress up days are as follows: Wednesday: White-Out Wednesday, Thursday: Throwback Thursday, and Friday: Straight Scrubbin’. The concessions will also be open during lunch periods during Winter Week. Hot chocolate and apple cider will be sold once again, as well as candy canes. Home Alone will also be airing during lunches, so get ready to get your Macaulay Caulkin on.
