It’s finally Winter week, and everyone knows what that means…holiday events to help spice up the week. Now, there will be a multitude of things taking place, some of which are the Giving Tree, the talent show, festive dress-up days, and candy canes for sale.

High School Student Council will be collecting Giving Tree donations from December 13th through January 7th. The bucket for donations will be located in the atrium. When donating, everyone should label the items with their Ramp-up teacher’s name. The teacher’s class with the most items will win a pizza party.

The dress-up days this week are the following: Monday is PJ day, Tuesday is Red vs. Green, Wednesday is ugly sweater, and Thursday is Anything but a backpack.

The initial three days of Winter Week at school, Monday, December 20th to Wednesday, December 22nd, the Student Council will also be selling candy canes at the concession stand near the cafeteria. They will be accessible to purchase before school or during lunches. The Candy canes will be for sale for $1 and buyers can compose a note that will be attached. Everyone  can buy them for themselves or friends, and they will be delivered first hour on December 23rd.
