The 2014-15 Bomber boys basketball regular season has come to a close, and the team has its eyes set for the playoffs. The team finished with a record of 8-17, locking up the 6th seed in the western division of Section 1AA. They face #3 Dover-Eyota in the first round, at Eyota on Feb. 19th.

The Bombers closed off the season strong, with a victory against Stewartville, and are primed for a first round upset and a cinderella run deep into sections. The season has been rough, but all slates are cleared for the playoffs, giving the team a chance to blow up the rankings.DSC_0207

If the Bombers win this coming Thursday, they will move on to face the winner of #2 Byron vs #7 Triton, at the Mayo Arena, on Tuesday theĀ 24th. After that, the tourney continues in Rochester, with semifinals coming on Saturday, Feb. 28th and Section 1AA finals on March 5th.Matt Delk
