Heifer International

Heifer International is a unique charitable organization that allows its recipients to help themselves. Donors can contribute to a fund that helps provide livestock to poor farmers around the world, and gives them the training to be successful.  In so doing, it strengthens communities, empowers women by giving them leadership skills, and encourages sustainable farming around the globe.  Heifer Intl. has also recently branched out to aid earthquake and volcano victims. Giving to Heifer International is easy.
